Tobi Stegmann was born in 1984 in Erding and now lives with his family in the beautiful Landshut. The passion for cooking was already there when he was a child, when he was still watching Mama's shoulders. However, he only succeeded in making detours to the profession of the cook. First, he decided to train as an aircraft mechanic, since at that time he was still too attached to his sport, ice hockey. Then followed the special education and then finally the training to cook. After several stops, then followed the step into television at the casting show The Taste on Sat. 1. Further engagements for the stations Sat 1, Pro 7, Kabel1 and RTL 2 was not long in coming. Then followed the step into independence with his restaurant Denkma (h) l, which was awarded by several renowned restaurant guides. Eventually, he finally decided on "freedom" and closed the restaurant after nearly two years. Since then, Tobi has been giving cooking classes, cooking for a small number of guests on a regular basis under the motto "Chef's Table", organizing various events and giving practical lessons at the vocational school. Cooking is not a profession for him, but vocation and his family, the love of his life!
